What's the best size for restaurant table tents?
4×6" is the most popular for standard restaurant tables. It sits inside the footprint of a place setting without crowding plates or glassware. The 5×5.5" is better for wine lists, dessert menus, and featured item callouts where you want more visual real estate. Both fold flat for easy storage between services.
How do I format my design file for a table tent?
Submit a flat (unfolded) layout: the front panel on one half and the back panel on the other, with the fold line centered. For a 4×6" table tent, submit an 8×6" flat file with the fold line at 4". Include 0.125" bleed on the outer edges, not along the fold line. Our templates have this built in.
Can I use table tents for more than restaurants?
Yes. Table tents work everywhere people sit and wait: hotel lobbies, waiting rooms, spa check-in desks, conference registration tables, and real estate open houses. If someone is stationary for more than 30 seconds, a table tent gets read.
What's the minimum quantity?
Our minimum is 25 table tents. For a single location, 25–50 is usually enough to cover all tables plus a reserve. For a multi-location restaurant group or a seasonal campaign across multiple venues, 250–500 makes more sense economically.
How long does printing take?
3–5 business days after proof approval. Table tents are scored and folded in-house. We add one finishing step but keep turnaround fast. Rush is available. Call 908.232.7770.
What if something is wrong with my order?
