Choose Size & Quantity
8.5×11" or 12×12" wall calendar. Minimum 100. The larger the quantity, the lower the per-unit cost, and the longer your brand stays on a client's wall.
Upload Your Full-Color Monthly Artwork
Submit 13 pages: a cover page plus one page per month. Each page should include your branding, artwork, and any dates or promotions. Our design team can create the artwork for you. Ask us.
Free Design Review
We check every page for color accuracy, bleed, calendar grid alignment, and readability at print size. A misaligned calendar date is the kind of thing clients notice all year.
Printed & Shipped Before Your Distribution Date
Calendars are saddle-stitch bound, printed full color on 100lb Gloss cover stock. Plan for 7–10 business days production time. Order early if you need them for a Q4 client gift campaign.

When should I order calendars to distribute before the new year?
Order by November 1 to guarantee delivery in time for holiday client gift distribution. We recommend ordering by October 15 if you want to do a full Q4 mailing campaign. Calendars are one of the highest-ROI client gifts in real estate and home services. Your brand stays on the wall 365 days a year.
Do I need to design all 12 months myself?
Yes, or we can design them for you. Each month is a separate page (13 total including the cover). If you have brand colors, your logo, and any dates or promotions you want featured, our design team can build the full calendar. Ask us about design services when you request a quote.
What file format and specs should I use?
Submit 13 PDF pages. CMYK, 300 DPI, with 0.125" bleed. Each page should be the full calendar size (8.5×11" or 12×12"). Include a calendar grid for each month. If your design software doesn't have a calendar template, we can provide one.
What's the minimum quantity?
Our minimum is 100 calendars. Most NJ real estate agents and service businesses order 200–500, enough to give one to every active client and prospect on their list.
What paper and binding do you use?
100lb Gloss Book stock for all pages, saddle-stitch bound at the top with a punch hole for hanging. The paper is heavy enough to look premium on a wall but light enough to mail at standard rates.
How long does calendar printing take?
7–10 business days after proof approval. Calendar printing requires more production time due to the multi-page format and saddle-stitch binding. Order early. Rush options are limited on calendars.
What if something is wrong with my order?
