Can I get matching letterhead, envelopes, and business cards?
Absolutely. That's the strongest way to use stationery. We keep your brand files on file and print your entire suite consistently so your letterhead, envelopes, and cards are identical in color and feel. NJ professional service firms (law, accounting, financial) often order letterhead, envelopes, and business cards together as a coordinated package.
What paper weight is right for letterhead?
24lb Bond is standard. It's what most offices stock and it runs through laser and inkjet printers without issues. 28lb feels noticeably heavier and more professional without causing printer jams. 32lb Cover is our heaviest letterhead stock. It's for correspondence-only use (pre-signed letters, client welcome packets) since it won't feed reliably through most office printers.
What envelope sizes do you offer?
#10 (standard business, fits a tri-folded 8.5×11" letter) is the most common. A2 and A7 are invitation and response envelope sizes. 6×9" catalog envelopes fit documents flat without folding. Window options for #10: no window, left window (return address), or right window (recipient address). We can print your logo and return address on any size.
What's the turnaround time?
3–5 business days after proof approval. Letterhead and envelopes together are typically processed as one coordinated order. Rush is available. Call us at 908.232.7770.
What file format do you need?
PDF is preferred. 300 DPI, CMYK, with 0.125" bleed. For letterhead, include guides showing the intended print area and any areas to avoid (where a printer will re-feed the sheet). Our free design review checks color consistency between letterhead and any other pieces in your stationery order.
Do you print both sides of letterhead?
Standard letterhead is printed on one side (your letterhead content on the front, blank on the back for printing on your office printer). Double-sided letterhead is available for special applications. Ask us.
What if something is wrong with my order?
