What sizes do event tickets come in?
We offer 7 standard sizes. The most popular are 2×5.5" (classic concert/event ticket) and 3.5×8.5" (stub-style, fits a standard rack). For gala fundraisers and formal events, 4×6" and 5×7" give you more design space for venue imagery and sponsor logos.
Can I add sequential numbering to event tickets?
Yes. Sequential numbering is available on all ticket sizes and works alongside optional perforation. Numbering helps with raffle tracking, ticket validation, and anti-fraud for paid events. Specify your starting number and placement (stub, main body, or both) when ordering.
How does the perforation option work?
We die-cut a perforation line across the ticket so the stub tears off cleanly at the door. You specify where the perf line falls, typically 1–1.5" from one end for a short stub. The stub can include a barcode, entry number, or any redemption information. Include the perf line position in your artwork.
What's the minimum quantity?
Our minimum is 250 tickets. For a 100-person dinner, you may only need 100 tickets. Call us at 908.232.7770 and we'll quote your exact quantity. For large events and recurring annual fundraisers, 1,000–2,500 is the most cost-effective range.
What file format do you need?
PDF is preferred. 300 DPI, CMYK, with 0.125" bleed on all sides. If you're adding perforation, include the perf line as a separate layer. Our free design review checks stub alignment, perforation clearance, and image resolution before printing.
How long does ticket printing take?
3–5 business days after proof approval. For events with tight lead times, call us at 908.232.7770. Rush turnaround is available. We print event tickets for NJ restaurants, breweries, gala fundraisers, and community events regularly.
