Frequently asked questions
Will wall decals damage my paint?
On a smooth, fully cured painted wall, our removable decals peel off clean with no residue. On fresh paint (under 30 days) or textured surfaces, results vary, so test a small area first or ask us for the right material.
Are floor graphics safe to walk on?
Yes. They're finished with a slip-resistant laminate rated for foot traffic, so they hold up in retail aisles, entryways, and event spaces without becoming a slip hazard.
How long do car magnets last?
Our 30 mil magnets are weather-resistant and last for years with care. Take them off every week or two to clean underneath, since trapped dirt and moisture between the magnet and the door is what shortens their life, not the printing.
Will a magnet fly off at highway speed?
On a clean, flat steel door panel they hold well at normal driving speeds. Remove them before a car wash or long-term parking, and avoid curved or plastic panels where the magnet can't sit flush.
Can I reposition a wall decal?
Light-tack wall decals can be lifted and repositioned a few times during install. High-tack and long-term decals are meant to be placed once for the strongest hold. Tell us the use and we'll match the adhesive.
Indoor or outdoor?
Wall decals and floor graphics are mainly for indoor use; vehicle magnets are built for the outdoors on your vehicle. For permanent outdoor signage, ask about coroplast and aluminum signs.
What if something is wrong with my order?
