Our NJ print team checks that your design fills the feather shape correctly, that text is visible at road distance, and that colors will reproduce accurately in dye sublimation before printing.

What height feather flag should I order?
10ft is the most popular for storefronts, visible from the road without dominating a small entrance. 12ft and 15ft are for high-traffic locations (car dealerships, strip mall corners) where you need maximum road visibility. The 8ft is better for tight indoor spaces, event booths, or locations with height restrictions.
Single-sided or double-sided: which should I choose?
Single-sided is most cost-effective and works when the flag is only seen from one direction: a storefront, a driveway, a booth wall. Double-sided prints the same design mirrored on both faces, so the flag is fully visible from both directions. Use double-sided at street corners, median placements, and entrances where traffic approaches from both sides.
Is hardware included with the flag?
Hardware is sold separately so you can choose the right mounting for your location. A ground stake (spike) goes into grass or soft soil. A cross base sits on pavement or concrete. A wall or fence mount attaches to a fixed surface. You can also order multiple flag graphics and share a single hardware set.
How durable are feather flags for NJ weather?
Very durable. Dye sublimation on 3oz polyester is the industry standard for outdoor advertising flags. The color is permanently baked into the fabric (not just printed on top) so it resists UV fading, rain, and wind. Most feather flags in NJ outdoor conditions last a full season. Bring them inside during severe storms to extend their life further.
What file format do you need?
PDF is preferred. CMYK, 300 DPI at the finished flag dimensions. Feather flags are tall and narrow. Vertical orientation with bold, simple messaging (3–5 words max) performs best at road distance. Our templates include the feather shape outline for accurate placement.
How long does printing take?
5–7 business days after proof approval. Dye sublimation printing takes slightly longer than standard offset or digital printing. For grand openings and event deadlines, call us at 908.232.7770. We can often expedite.
What if something is wrong with my order?
