Do banner stands include the stand or just the graphic?
The retractable stands include the hardware base, the printed graphic, and a padded carry bag. When your message changes, order a replacement graphic and keep the same base.
What table size do throws and runners fit?
Our table throws and runners are made for standard 6-foot and 8-foot rectangular tables, the sizes at almost every NJ trade show and event. Tell us your table and we'll confirm the fit.
Are table throws washable?
Yes. They're dye-sublimated wrinkle-resistant polyester, so they're machine washable and the color won't crack or fade. Steam or iron on low before a show if needed.
How early should I order for an event?
Plan for 3–5 business days of production after proof approval, plus shipping. For a show with a hard date, order a week or two out so there's room for the free design review. Rush options are available at 908.232.7770.
Can I reuse the hardware and reprint the graphic later?
For most retractable stands and SEG frames, yes. The hardware is the lasting investment, and replacement graphics let you refresh the message for a fraction of a new unit.
Will the colors match my banners and signs?
We print everything in-house in NJ and review color across your whole order, so your display, banners, and signs read as one brand. The free design review catches any mismatch before printing.
What if something is wrong with my order?
